You can book through their official website, by phone, or via email. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due before or at the time of vehicle collection. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit/debit cards
The price is calculated based on vehicle size and distance:

Additional charges may apply for express deliveries, non-standard locations, or difficult access points, which are communicated before confirmation

Yes, Gonka provides insurance covering damage due to accidents or unforeseen events during transportation. However, this does not cover pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or natural disasters (e.g., floods). Customers must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any issues immediately to validate claims
While Gonka aims to meet agreed delivery times, factors like traffic, weather, and road conditions may cause delays. Customers (or a representative) must be present during collection/delivery. Absence may incur rescheduling fees
